    “Chris has been my personal trainer for 5+ years. It started when I signed up at the local gym and he was the trainer there. I worked with him for quite some time and then COVID hit, and the gym had to close. After locating and reaching out to him, I was able to train with him via SKYPE from my home. I had no equipment at that time. All I had was a countertop, a floor, and a chair to work with. He was able to work with me with whatever I had. As time went on, I amassed equipment and the rest is history. I have been his private client for over 4 years now and have gone from 157 pounds to a healthy 124. All of my medical tests are now in the normal or excellent range. He works very closely with me and has assisted me on nutrition, meal planning. We also discuss supplements that would help with my training. Any dietary or nutritional advise he recommends he makes sure that I discuss it with my medical practitioner, which I do (never had a thumbs down yet).

He never pushes you to do anything he feels you cannot do (although, he does push you to do better).
