Corrective Exercise

Have you developed aches and pains that you never used to have? Does standing up take far too long for your liking? Does picking something up off the floor require both hands, a stool, and a mini pep talk? These naturally occurring pains can actually be caused by muscular imbalances that we can correct. I will help you to:

Sports Nutrition

Exercise is the easy part when compared to nutrition, and for most people, it’s way more fun too. However, you can run and lift all day, but unless you complement your training with the right food, your results will always be limited. Nutrition is unique to each person and so is my approach. (Don’t worry, I’ll find a way for you to enjoy pizza and cake still). I will provide:

  • Custom nutrition guidance

  • Education on what to eat, when to eat, and why you are eating it

  • Support to help keep you maintain your new healthy lifestyle

Education

Let me show you how to monitor nutrition on your own and substitute the nutrients you need instead of giving up. You can will learn:

  • The tools to feel confident in your training and nutrition outside of our sessions
